Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Altered Apparel
  • Clearance Sale Items
  • Items used before return
  • Items without original packaging or labels

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted for items with obvious signs of use, items not in original condition, or items damaged/missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery are also subject to partial refunds or rejection.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank, as processing times vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at cs@senorita.pk.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at cs@senorita.pk and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For items over PKR 10,000, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
